Toe-tino Foot Care LLC

        My name is Teresa Totino. I have been a registered nurse

in the state of Georgia since 2005. I worked as a wound care

nurse for eight years in which I developed a respect for feet

and their structural importance as the foundation of the body.

I also have a personal belief in the internal healing energy

present within the human body. This belief sparked an interest

in reflexology, a specialized manual technique which assists in

calming the nervous system.

        In 2022 I became a certified foot care nurse and in 2025 I became a certified Reflexologist and created Toe-tino Foot Care LLC. Through Toe-tino Foot Care LLC, I have combined my passion of keeping feet healthy through research-based management and my long-term interest of Reflexology to keep the body balanced through the feet. During my studies of Reflexology, I learned the technique of integrated reflexology which not only includes feet but the hands and outer ears as well. Integrated reflexology uses a specialized touch with mini maps of the body reflected onto the soles of feet, palms of hands and outer ears. Internal organs and structures can be reflexed on the soles of the feet, the palm of the hands and outer ears which will assist in calming the nervous system and promote proper functioning.

      As a certified foot care nurse, I provide basic foot care services from keeping toe nails trimmed and calluses maintained to assisting in the management of athletes foot and diabetic foot care. As a Reflexologist I provide foot, hand or ear reflexology as well as integrated reflexology which utilizes all three body parts in one session.
